ISO 45001, 14001, 45003, 39001 and SSIP Core Criteria are all mapped against the same live records the Dashboard already uses, not a separate gap analysis.
Platform
Certifications & Standards Readiness
One view of how your live records sit against every certification and prequalification standard SafetyOps maps — ISO 45001, 14001, 45003, 39001 and SSIP / CHAS.
Overview
Certifications & Standards Readiness is a single hub over SafetyOps' whole readiness suite. It runs each standard's clause mapping against your live data and shows, per standard, how many clauses the platform already holds records for, how many are flagged, how many have no records, and how many are your own input.
From the hub you open any standard for the clause-by-clause detail, with a link to the module that holds each clause's evidence.
Every view is a preparation aid only — SafetyOps never asserts your records satisfy a clause. Certification is granted by an accredited body (or, for SSIP, an SSIP-registered scheme) after assessment.
Why it matters
Organisations are increasingly asked to demonstrate readiness against several standards at once — an ISO 45001 client audit, an SSIP renewal, an environmental permit review. Seeing them together, from records you already keep, turns a series of manual gap analyses into one page.
Benefits
Five standards, one page
ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 45003, ISO 39001 and the SSIP Core Criteria, side by side.
Built from real records
Every count comes from the same live data the Dashboard and OPS already use — nothing re-entered.
Never a certification
A preparation aid across the whole suite — certification is always granted by an accredited body or scheme, never by SafetyOps.
Workflow
- Open Certifications & Standards — the overview is built from your existing records, nothing to set up.
- Scan the per-standard breakdown to see where you stand; open any standard for its clause-by-clause detail.
- Follow the links to close gaps in the underlying modules, then re-open the hub to see the picture update.
Interface
A dedicated interface for this module already exists in the SafetyOps application.
Frequently asked questions
Which standards does it cover?
ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety), ISO 14001 (environmental management), ISO 45003 (psychological health at work — guidance), ISO 39001 (road traffic safety) and the SSIP Core Criteria used by CHAS, SafeContractor, SMAS and Constructionline.
Does the hub certify us to anything?
No. It is a self-assessment overview showing which clauses SafetyOps holds records for and which need your own input. Certification is granted only by an accredited certification body, or for SSIP by an SSIP-registered scheme, after an assessment.
