Dashboard

One operational view of what needs attention across your whole SafetyOps workspace.

Every module, one operational view

Risk, equipment, training and action records from across SafetyOps come together in a single Command Centre view, instead of separate systems to check.

One view, not six
Automated

Alerts reach you, not the other way round

The same evaluation that populates your Dashboard also queues automated email reminders for anything overdue or due soon, so nothing depends on remembering to check.

Actionable

See it, then close it

High-risk items, due inspections and open actions surface as widgets you can act on directly, with corrective work tracked through the Action Centre to close-out.

Overview

The SafetyOps Dashboard brings live risk, equipment, training and action data into a single Command Centre view, so your team can see what needs attention without searching through separate systems.

It surfaces real records already held in SafetyOps — nothing here is a projection or an invented score.

The same underlying data also drives automated email reminders and alerts — you don't have to be looking at the Dashboard for something overdue to reach you.

Why it matters

Without one place to look, compliance work becomes reactive — issues are found late, or not until an inspection or incident forces the question. The Dashboard is built so that what matters most is always visible first.

Benefits

High-risk items surfaced

Risk assessments due for review and equipment inspections coming due, in one place.

Action Centre summary

Open, overdue and awaiting-verification corrective actions, linked straight to their source record.

One command centre

A single operational view instead of switching between modules to see what's outstanding.

Automated email reminders

Overdue and due-soon items reach the right person by email, not just on screen.

Workflow

  1. SafetyOps evaluates your existing records (Risk Assessments, Equipment, Training, Fire/PUWER/LOLER/COSHH) for what needs attention.
  2. Priorities surface as Dashboard widgets — high-risk items, due inspections, open actions.
  3. You review and act directly from the widget, or open the full record behind it.
  4. Anything requiring corrective work is tracked through to close-out in the Action Centre.
  5. The same evaluation also queues an email alert for anything overdue or due soon, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Dashboard invent a safety score?

No. Every figure on the Dashboard is a real count from your own records — SafetyOps does not synthesise a workforce or company safety score.

Can I customise what appears on the Dashboard?

The Dashboard currently shows a fixed set of widgets covering risk, equipment and actions. Configurable widgets are not available today.
