Findings from equipment, risk assessments and inspections all land in the same Action Centre, instead of a separate action list for each part of SafetyOps.
Platform
Action Centre
The single corrective-action register for every SafetyOps module — findings in, actions out.
Overview
The Action Centre is a real, platform-wide module: live hero metrics (Open, Overdue, Due Soon, Awaiting Verification), a full filter set, and a guided status workflow from Open through to Verified and Closed.
It is shared, cross-module infrastructure — one Action table for every source (equipment defects, inspections, risk assessment controls) rather than a separate action list per module.
Every action or finding can be exported as a branded PDF for a single record, or bulk-exported as CSV or Excel across your current filtered view.
Why it matters
Corrective actions that live in five different places are corrective actions that get lost. One register, one workflow, means nothing falls through the cracks between modules.
Benefits
One register, every source
Equipment, Risk Assessments and manually-raised actions all live in the same workspace.
Owner/administrator-gated closure
Verify/Close is enforced at the database level, not just in the interface.
Due-date visibility
Search, filter and sort by status, priority, owner, source and due state.
Branded PDF & Excel export
Print a single corrective action or finding as a branded PDF, or bulk-export to CSV/Excel.
Workflow
- A finding is raised — automatically from a module (e.g. a critical LOLER defect) or manually.
- An action is created, assigned an owner and a due date.
- The owner works the action through Assigned → In Progress → Completed.
- Owner/administrator verifies and closes the action, with attribution recorded at each step.
- Print a single action as a branded PDF, or export the whole filtered list as CSV/Excel for reporting.
Interface
Frequently asked questions
Can any team member close an action?
No — Verify and Close are restricted to owners/administrators at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
