A fire risk assessment is a structured record, not a single text box — hazards, people at risk, means of escape, warning arrangements, firefighting arrangements and emergency arrangements are each their own field, with a review date and a status (draft, active, under review or archived) tracked against the assessment as a whole.
Holding the record doesn't itself make it legally sufficient — that judgement stays with whoever is competent to make it. SafetyOps doesn't service fire alarms, extinguishers or emergency lighting, inspect fire doors, or replace a competent fire risk assessor; it keeps the assessment, its review status and the actions arising from it in one place instead of a folder nobody reopens.
