The COSHH Substance Register is live: substance records, review status and Safety Data Sheet linkage via the Document Centre.
A risk assessment can be linked directly to the COSHH substance or COSHH assessment it concerns, with the substance's real hazard information shown inline on the risk assessment itself — not a separate lookup in another module.
Why it matters
COSHH assessments that live as loose paperwork are the first thing to go missing in an audit. A structured register with SDS linkage keeps the whole picture together — an inspector asking "where's the SDS for this solvent, and when was it last reviewed" gets a direct answer instead of a search through a filing cabinet.
