SafetyOps is a UK-built compliance intelligence platform. Instead of a collection of isolated tools, it's a connected system where employees, equipment, hazards, risk assessments, training, inspections and evidence reference each other.
Where it started
One safety officer's spreadsheet problem, solved properly.
SafetyOps didn't start as a plan to build a platform. It started as a single prototype covering the basics one UK business actually needed — risk assessments, PUWER checks, fire safety, vehicle checks, training records, toolbox talks, a calendar, inspection logs.
The moment that mattered was realising those records shouldn't live apart. A risk assessment that doesn't know which employees are trained for the task, or which equipment it covers, is just a document. Connecting them — properly, at the data level, not with a folder structure — is what turned a prototype into SafetyOps.

Built around UK practice
HSE guidance and UK regulation (COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, RIDDOR) shape how the platform is structured, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Where things stand today
SafetyOps is under active development. Employees, Equipment, Training, Risk Assessments, Fire/PUWER/LOLER/COSHH compliance centres, the Action Centre, and SafetyOps AI's work-analysis pipeline are live and in use today. Other modules are earlier in development or planned — see our public roadmap for an honest view of what's available now versus what's ahead.
