Each clause shows one of: records in place, records present with items flagged, no records found here, or your input required — with a link straight to the module that holds the evidence.
It is a preparation aid only. ISO 45001 certification is granted by an accredited certification body after an audit; SafetyOps never asserts that your records satisfy a clause — a competent person makes that call.
