Every future direction here consumes the Applicability Engine and Safety Requirements Register that already exist — AI is planned to draft around them, never to replace them.

Future AI Roadmap
Where SafetyOps AI is heading — AI-led onboarding, generated draft documents, and Safety Passport.
Overview
Beyond today's work-analysis assistant, SafetyOps' longer-term AI direction includes describing your company once and having SafetyOps propose what to set up (AI-led onboarding), assembling draft compliance documents from approved content blocks and company facts, and a live worker Safety Passport view.
All of this remains subject to the same safety discipline already governing SafetyOps AI today: guardrails that apply whatever the AI itself suggests, for anything that must never depend on the model reliably noticing something. AI will consume the Applicability Engine and Safety Requirements Register — it will never replace them.
Why it matters
Knowing where a product is headed matters as much as what it does today — especially for a compliance platform, where overpromising is a real risk we'd rather not take.
Benefits
AI-led onboarding (planned)
Describe your company once; SafetyOps proposes what to set up.
Generated draft documents (planned)
Assembled from approved content blocks and company facts — always Draft until confirmed.
AI never replaces the source of truth
The Applicability Engine and Safety Requirements Register remain the source of truth; AI drafts around them.
Interface
A dedicated interface preview will be added here as this module is built.
